In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 5 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories ", Zaysan regional maslikhat DECIDED:
