On the definition of specialized places for organizing, holding peaceful assemblies and procedure for use, norms their maximum occupancy, requirements to logistical and organizational security, as well as the borders of adjacent territories in which it is prohibited to conduct picketing on the territory of the Zaisan region

In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2020 "On the procedure for organizing and holding peaceful assemblies in Republic of Kazakhstan ", Zaysan regional maslikhat DECIDED:
