In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On veterinary medicine", subparagraph 4) paragraph 2 of Article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" and on the basis of the submission of the Chief State Veterinary and Sanitary Inspector of the Zaisan District dated October 16, 2019 No. 239, the akim of the Birzhansky rural district DECIDED
