In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2021 No. 849 "On approval of the Rules for posting draft subordinate regulatory legal acts on the Internet portal of Open Regulatory legal acts", resolutions of the Akimat of Zaisan district, decisions of the akim of the district and akims of the city and rural districts concerning the rights, freedoms and duties of citizens are posted on the Internet portal for public discussion within 10 (ten) working days. According to the draft by-laws and regulations providing for the adoption of decisions on the approval of budgets of all levels, the period of placement for public discussion is reduced to 5 (five) calendar days.
