The General Department is a structural subdivision of the district akim's office, reports to the district akim and the head of the office.
The General Department is created in accordance with Article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The General Department in its activities is guided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the regulations and regulations of the akim of the district and this Regulation.
The structure and staffing of the department is determined by the resolution of the akimat of the district in accordance with the staff schedule of the apparatus.
