In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Articles 8, 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2004 "On the regulation of trading activities" and by the order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 "On Approval of the Rules of Internal Trade" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 11148), the akimat of the Zaisan District DECIDES
