About commissioning of housing
In January-May 2026, the total area of residential buildings put into operation in the Zaisan district amounted to 2067 square meters.
605,7 million tenge of investments were allocated for housing construction, which is 107,5 %, by the corresponding period of 2025.
Since the beginning of the year, 2198 sq. m of the total area of residential buildings is 101,6 % by the corresponding period.
The main source of financing for housing construction was the developers' own funds, which accounted for 100%.
