On September 04, heavy rain, thunderstorms, squalls and hail are expected in some places in the East Kazakhstan region. The wind is South-westerly with a transition to North-easterly in places 15-20, gusts of 25 m / s. The air temperature is expected to drop sharply in the afternoon to 12-18 degrees Celsius.
