East Kazakhstan region extended the work schedule of PSC

On the basis of the Resolution of 16.08.2020 the chief state sanitary doctor of the East Kazakhstan region has extended the work schedule of PSCs since August 17, 2020. So, now even more public services will be able to provide citizens of the PSC of the region.

According to the Director of the branch of the state Corporation "Government for citizens" Azamat Esembulov, the extension of the work schedule of PSC will allow serving even more citizens daily. "We are constantly monitoring citizens' appeals and have repeatedly heard feedback that the queue at the PSC is reserved for a week ahead. We think that a gradual increase in the amount of service time will help to stabilize the situation with the provision of public services and completely close the need for them in East Kazakhstan. Book your visit to CSC in accordance with the specified schedule," - said Simbolov.

By the way, under the conditions of quarantine, the PSC will continue to issue only paper services and only by pre-booking. As before, only pensioners, persons with disabilities and members of large families will be able to receive electronic services in preferential Windows. Citizens who do not have access to a computer or the Internet can get e-services in corners egov.kz that operate in the buildings of akimats, second-level banks, etc.

The PSC maintains a mask mode, and visitors are encouraged to keep a social distance.

PSCs work schedule from MON-FRI from 9.00 am to 18.00 PM and Saturday from 9.00 am to 15.00 PM
