Due to the forecast of an increase in the temperature background and precipitation, mainly rain, in the period from April 1 to April 4, intensive melting of snow cover, weakening of ice phenomena and rising water levels on rivers is expected in Karaganda, Akmola, North Kazakhstan, Kostanay, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions.
