Information about the ongoing work on preparation for the heating season 2022-2023
To date, preparations for the heating season in the Ulan district are taking place in accordance with the approved action plan.
Currently, the readiness of facilities is:
- heat sources (K. Kaisenov boiler house, Aytas Energo LLP) with a capacity of up to 100 Gcal/h - readiness - 90%,
- PS/TP/KTP – 100% (15 units out of 15),
- heating networks – 97% (7.6 km out of 7.8 km),
- water supply and sewerage networks – 98% (280 km out of 284.8 km).
- autonomous boiler houses with a capacity of less than 100 Gcal/hour – 92% (out of 13 facilities, 12 autonomous boiler houses are ready).
Readiness of public sector facilities – 100%, including:
- healthcare facilities – 100% (34 out of 34 facilities);
- educational facilities – 100% (31 out of 31 facilities) (This year, the boiler in the boiler room of the school needs to be replaced at the Bozanbai Secondary School KSU, no money has been allocated).
- cultural objects – 100% (22 out of 22 objects).
The readiness of the multi–apartment housing stock (MZHD) is 100% (31 out of 31 houses are prepared).
The total demand for coal for the upcoming heating season is 84.7 thousand tons, including 41.7 thousand tons for heat sources, 40.8 thousand tons for the population, and 4,686 thousand tons for budget organizations.
Fuel harvesting at heat sources and vital objects:
21.5 thousand tons of coal have been delivered to the central boiler house of Kasym Kaisenov since the beginning of this year. Coal supply is carried out under concluded contracts according to the delivery schedule. As of August 15 of this year, there is the availability of 1,600 tons of coal, 350 tons in transit (for the month of August, according to the schedule, 3,500 tons will be delivered).
Budget organizations:
Healthcare. Contract No. 16 dated 01.04.2022 for the amount of 9,958,368 tenge was concluded between the MSE at the District Hospital of Ulan District and ENBEK ZHULDUZ LLP.
MHC Novo-Kanaika v. signed a contract with ENBEK ZHULDUZ LLP for 400 tons of coal, in the amount of 5,362.5 thousand tenge.
LG Bozanbai v. signed an agreement with Seikom LLP for 1289 tons in the amount of 20 370.0 thousand tenge.
100% of coal was delivered to medical institutions.
The total amount of coal needed is 1,410 tons, 100% imported.
Education.
1. MSI PRIMARY SCHOOL The M. Taenov contract was signed by 160 tons, in the amount of 2,720.0 thousand tons.
MSI Bozanbayskaya SS concluded with "Exchange brokerage services" for 350 tons, in the amount of 5,425.0 thousand tenge.
MSI Gerasim Secondary School signed a contract with the Terminal Fuel Company for 300 tons. In the amount of 4,050,0 thousand tons.
MSI SS Auezov (village of Vostochnoye) signed a contract for 300 tons, in the amount of 4,170.0 thousand tons. The supplier is the Terminal Fuel Company.
MSI Pushkin School (S. Sagyr) concluded brokerage services with the Exchange for 300 tons, in the amount of 4,170.0 thousand tenge.
Culture.
SMSOE "Daryn" signed a contract with Tamyr Engineering LLP for 4 cultural objects (Bozanbai, Ayyrtau, Novo-Azovoye and Algabas) for 237 tons. Coal supply is 100%.
It is necessary to supply 40.8 thousand tons of coal for the population, 39.550 thousand tons or 97% have been imported at the moment.
In general, the preparation for the heating season is taking place according to the planned plans and is under constant control of the district headquarters.
For the population, the district newspaper "Ulan Tany" provides weekly announcements and information about the place of sale of coal and its cost, 2 publications of articles covering the population of 6000 people have been published. In addition, explanatory work is carried out by posting information on its own Internet resource, 26 information has been posted covering the population of 12300 people in social networks messengers (telegram, Instagram and Facebook). 500 brochures were produced and replicated for the public.
