The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region informs employers about the need to apply for the need for foreign labor for 2023

Requirements:

1) the application is submitted in accordance with Annex 1 to the rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2016 No. 802;

2) the application must be sent by a duly executed cover letter (indicating the outgoing number, contact details of the responsible person, phone numbers and email addresses, certified by the signature of the manager and seals) ;

3) the application must specify the reasons for the need to attract foreign labor in the form of mandatory;

4)the application must specify the type of economic activity with a 5 – digit code (for example: mining and processing of copper ore-07292);

5) the application is submitted in the state and Russian languages;

 

Application deadline: 16.00 hours on September 30, 2022.
