Safety rules on the water!

In the East Kazakhstan region, during the bathing season, 18 accidents were registered on reservoirs, including 5 in the territory of Ulan district. These are: on Lake Siberia-2 people, on the Alabaster Reservoir-1 person, on the reservoir along the Ablaketka River-1 person, in kotlovan in the village of Kasym Kaisenov-1 person. All incidents occur in places that are not equipped for diving.

The Department of Emergency Situations of Ulan district warns residents and guests of our district::

- be very careful with yourself and your loved ones on vacation and follow the rules of walking on the water:

- do not swim in undeveloped areas,

- do not leave children unattended;

- do not bathe under the influence of alcohol.

- it is dangerous to jump or dive in an unknown place;

-do not float above the floats;

-do not freeze and do not let the day pass. Do not bathe if the water temperature is below +18 ° C;

- do not bathe alone and in the dark.
