About two thousand residents of Semey proactively applied for social benefits

Obtaining public services in a proactive way is becoming increasingly popular in the country.

To date, 1,674 mothers have issued birth and care benefits in Semey in a proactive format. More than 200 women applied for benefits for large families. About 20 residents of the city applied for benefits as mothers with many children, who were awarded pendants "Altyn Alka", "kumis Alka".

"Improving, making it more convenient and online is the main principle of digitalization. State Corporation the state tries to take care of citizens, so that our clients spend a minimum of time and resources to receive public services – this is a proactive principle. Only the client's consent via SMS is required. All necessary information is obtained from the information systems of state institutions. The most important thing is that a person should be registered in the database of mobile citizens," said Zhanat Umirgalieva, deputy director of the branch of "government for citizens" in East Kazakhstan region.

To date, the following benefits can be issued in a proactive format:

- birth and Child Care Allowance up to one year;

- Allowance for mothers awarded with pendants "Altyn Alka", "kumis Alka";

- State social disability benefits;

- state benefit in case of loss of the breadwinner;

- benefits for many families;

- state support for child care;

- allowance for caring for a disabled person from childhood;

- social payment in case of loss of working capacity;

- social payment for work loss;

- social payment in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth.

For the first time, a proactive format for obtaining public services appeared at the end of 2017, thanks to the integration of Information Systems. The e - government portal receives all data from the information systems of government agencies, and requests the missing data from the client via SMS.
