PSC will stop issuing receipts

The client could show the operator of the PSC the electronic version of the receipt," Abdildin said.

Specialists of public service centers issue about 6 million receipts per year to Kazakhstanis for these 8 services (which is 40% of the total number of receipts). Now customers have got rid of the need to show a receipt in paper form when receiving their documents. Taking into account the sharp increase in the price of paper in 2022, the refusal of a paper receipt will reduce the costs of the state corporation for paper.

In order to optimize the budget, the government for citizens decided to switch to the use of eco-paper made of semi-bleached cellulose. Although it is yellowish from the color of the paper you usually use, it does not affect the quality of the printed text. In addition, it is suitable for any printer and copier. Currently, most government agencies, universities and banks have switched to the use of such eco-paper.

 

List of services for which a receipt is not issued:

Issuance and revocation of the registration certificate of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the place of residence;
De-registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the place of residence;
Issuance of repeated certificates or certificates of civil registration;
Issuance of a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;
Issuing a duplicate title document for real estate;
Issuance of copies of registration documents certified by the registration authority, including the plan (scheme) of real estate objects;
Issuance of a duplicate technical passport for real estate objects.
