In accordance with the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2018 "Increasing the welfare of Kazakhstanis: increasing incomes and quality of life" (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2019 No. 1060) "On some measures of state support for private entrepreneurship".

In order to increase the availability of financing for entrepreneurs, the state will subsidize part of the interest rate on bank loans.

when subsidizing a loan:

- reduced the remuneration rate to 6%;

- the loan amount has been increased to 7 billion tenge;

- industry restrictions have been lifted (except for trade).

In case of shortage of collateral, the Damu Foundation acts as a guarantor:

- for aspiring entrepreneurs up to 85%;

- for existing entrepreneurs up to 50%.

For small and microenterprises in the first direction, portfolio subsidies and guarantees are provided, in which the limit per borrower is 20 (twenty) million tenge and the guarantee amount is 85% of the loan amount.

The intended purpose is investment and replenishment of working capital.

The term of subsidizing for investments is 5 years, without further prolongation of the subsidy period, the term of subsidizing for replenishment of working capital is 3 years, without further prolongation of the subsidy period.
