Uncompromising fight against corruption is one of the main priorities of state policy.

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.02.2022 approved the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy for 2022-2026, which is aimed at moving from routine anti-corruption to a radical change in public consciousness, the rejection by the population of any forms of corruption and nepotism, the priority of preventive measures.

The concept is the main strategic document on combating corruption.

An action plan for its implementation has also been approved, where both the Agency and all government agencies are identified as performers.

Absolute rejection of corruption will be achieved by increasing the anti-corruption culture, systematization of educational and educational measures, motivation of representatives of government agencies for good behavior.

In general, the anti-corruption policy is aimed at creating conditions where corruption will be economically and reputationally unprofitable.

Taking into account the new requirements, on May 31, 2021, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the Rules for the Implementation of Project Management.

In this connection, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan implemented a group of projects of the Standard Basic Direction No. 4 "Prevention and combating corruption" at the beginning of 2022.

The main task of the Standard basic Project direction is to prevent and combat corruption in a state agency.

To reduce the conditions and risks of corruption:

- state agencies actively use prevention tools, including in the activities of the Ethics Commissioner;

- the anti-compliance service should function effectively in the quasi-public sector;

- Citizens should better understand the consequences of corruption.
