Alcohol and fires

Alcohol and fires
It is not uncommon to hear the phrases "Be careful with fire!", "Do not throw un-extinguished matches and cigarettes – this leads to trouble!", "Protect the house from fire!".
Do we think about the meaning of these phrases? Unfortunately, not always. But it is a smoldering cigarette or a match, forgotten by a careless person, that can lead to misfortune. Statistics show that more than half of human-caused fires and fires occur as a result of careless handling of fire.
Fire becomes violent when people neglect it. Most often, for this reason, residential buildings, garages, and buildings suffer from fires. Due to the unforgivable oversight of some citizens, furniture in apartments, valuables and personal belongings are burned to the ground.
Matches, a lit cigarette in the hands of an intoxicated person almost always end in a fire. Especially often for this reason they occur in construction trailers. Everyone knows that drunkenness always leads to the most serious consequences – the death of people and injury, burns and diseases.
It should be noted that, given the particular danger of citizens appearing at work in a drunken state, the law establishes increased responsibility for drunkenness during working hours, even if it did not lead to serious consequences.
It is necessary to remember forever and firmly understand that persons who have committed various antisocial acts in a state of intoxication are not exempt from responsibility and bear it in full.
