On the extraordinary XV session of the Ulan district Maslikhat

On February 21, 2022, at 10:00 o'clock, an extraordinary XVII session of the Ulan district Maslikhat was held.

The following issues were considered at the session:

"On Amendments to the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 183 dated March 28, 2018 "On Approval of the rules for Providing social assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the list of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need";
"On the provision of social support for the payment of utilities and the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds to specialists of state organizations of health, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements of the Ulan district", the head of the district Department of Economics and Budget Planning Kairoldinov A.Zh
. "On amendments to the decision Ulan District Maslikhat No. 203 dated May 22, 2018 "On approval of the composition of the district budget Commission";
"On approval of the regulations of the Ulan district Maslikhat";
"On invalidation of the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 179 dated March 28, 2014 "On Approval of the Rules for Holding Separate Gatherings of the Local community and Determining the Number of Representatives of residents of villages, streets, Apartment buildings to Participate in gatherings of the local community on the Territory of the Ulan district";
"On invalidation of the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 133 dated December 4, 2017 "On Approval of the rules for the management of Ownerless waste Recognized by a court Decision that entered the Municipal Property of the Ulan district";
"On Amendments to the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 267 dated January 10, 2019 "On the election of the district territorial and precinct election commissions";
"On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 22 dated February 23, 2021 "On approval of the composition of the district special commission", was introduced by the head of the district maslikhat R. Kizatov.

The deputies voted unanimously on the draft decisions.

11 deputies took part in the work of the extraordinary session, which amounted to 100 percent.
