Alcohol, the cause of the fire

Fires occur due to smoking while intoxicated. Alcohol clouds a person's mind, and in this state a person becomes uncontrollable and can commit the most irreparable acts, acts that sometimes cannot be corrected.
After taking another dose of alcohol, a person lights up a cigarette and in this state goes to bed, and immediately becomes a hostage of fire. By this ridiculous mistake, fires occur that take people's lives. One carelessness and a spark on the bedding and the fire spreads at a rapid speed, burning everything in its path. Of course, every adult knows: that smoking in bed is unacceptable. Life is given to a person once, and each person is the master of his own destiny. But despite this, a person by his actions endangers not only his life but also the lives of his loved ones around him. I would like people to control their actions, not endanger their financial situation and the lives of others.
The DES of the Ulan district warns that fire is beyond the control of man, you know, it is easier to prevent fire than to extinguish it.
