According to the criteria for assessing the degree of risks in the field of fire safety, objects are divided into high and not significant degrees of risk, the distribution of objects by degrees is indicated in the joint order "On approval of risk assessment criteria and checklists in the field of fire safety and civil defense" approved by the joint order of the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.10.2018 and the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31.10.2018 No.31. Objects belonging to a high degree of risk are checked every year, not of a significant degree of risk are not checked in a special order, except for applications, complaints, etc.

The entrepreneur knows in advance when the inspector will come to him. The transparency of the picture allows you to see the semi-annual schedules that are posted on the website of the Prosecutor General's Office before the beginning of the half-year. Immediately before the inspection itself, the subject being checked is notified 30 calendar days in advance of the upcoming inspection.

The state inspector who arrived to check on the object is obliged to present: .
1) an act on the appointment of an inspection with a note on registration in the authorized-

nom body for legal statistics and special accounting;
2) service certificate;

3) a checklist indicating the points of the requirements to be checked.

The beginning of the inspection is considered to be the date of delivery to the inspected subject of the act on the appointment of the inspection. After the inspection is completed, the head is handed an act on the results of the inspection, an order to eliminate violations, etc.

If violations of fire safety requirements were not detected at the inspected object, as well as an object that scored from 0 to 60 points according to the results of the inspection and provided that violations are eliminated, then this object is exempt from inspections for 1 year.

Also, the subject of control may be exempt from inspections in a special order for a period of 1 year, if there is a positive conclusion of the audit in the field of fire safety issued by an expert organization.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control and supervision with visits to the Republic of Kazakhstan" No. 229 dated December 26, 2019, in the period 2020-2023, small business entities are exempt from inspections, except for inspections aimed at preventing or eliminating violations that potentially pose a massive threat to public health, the environment, legality.
