To avoid fires in your home, remember and follow the basic rules of fire safety:
When using heating devices, it is forbidden to use electrical wiring with damaged insulation.
Do not install electric heaters near combustible objects.
Do not forget to turn off all electric heaters when leaving home.
Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or other flammable liquids to ignite stoves.
Keep track of the distance from the furnace opening to furniture, beds and other combustible appliances. This distance must be at least 1.25 m.
Do not forget to clean the chimneys from soot before the start of the heating season and every three months during the entire heating season.
Do not use stoves that have cracks, faulty doors, insufficient cutting from chimneys to wooden structures of walls, ceiling partitions.
Do not forget: strictly vertical chimneys without ledges should be used to remove smoke. The thickness of the walls of the smoke channels made of brick should be at least 120 mm.

The use of non-standard homemade heating devices is a serious danger.
Keep an eye on the serviceability of all household appliances.
It is unacceptable to leave gas appliances running unattended. You can't dry laundry over a gas stove.
It is not allowed: if there is a smell of gas in the apartment, turn on electric lighting, light matches, smoke, use an open fire. In this case, it is necessary to immediately call the emergency gas service and thoroughly ventilate the premises before its arrival.
When opening the tap of the gas pipeline, you should check whether the taps at the gas appliances are closed. Before you light a gas burner, you need to light a match, and then open the burner tap.
Do not allow the frozen pipes to be warmed by a blowtorch or torch.
Do not leave children at home alone when the gas stove is burning, the fireplace is heated, the stove is on, or electrical appliances are turned on.
