Appeal to all government agencies, enterprises and institutions, representatives of the business community and young people to take part in the campaign "Caring for the elderly, kindness and mercy". Dear friends!

In 1990, the UN General Assembly declared October 1 the "International Day of Older Persons". Since then, October in our country has been turning into a month of "caring for the elderly, kindness and mercy". In the traditions of the Kazakh people, respecting the elder, listening to his mind, the cup in front of him did not intersect. Care for the elderly is growing every year in the country. The state did not stop the volume of assistance provided to them, even during the economic crisis.

The measures taken to increase the size of pensions and benefits have raised Kazakhstan to a high level of pension payments among the CIS countries. Nevertheless, there are still elderly people in the country who need social assistance. The pandemic that has engulfed the world has not bypassed our country. The whole world is going through a difficult and important period.

In old age, some old people need warmth and affection, help. "Lifting weights is easy," let's show our country with one gesture. Always, always, take care of our veterans, do not leave them beyond the care, according to the head of state, "our old people are vigilant people of our people, the heritage of our society."

We call on all Kazakhstanis, employers, representatives of business structures, all caring people to remember the merits of the older generation for the good of the country, to protect and support our veterans!

To do this, we hope that you will contribute to contact with local akimats, veteran organizations of the region, to help those in need, in charity, material and moral assistance to the elderly.
