How to quickly restore a lost military ID

The East Kazakhstan branch of the Government for Citizens told how to quickly restore a military ID card in case of loss.

You can restore it in two ways – through the eGov portal or by contacting the PSC. To restore a military ticket through eGov, you need to log in on the portal and find the service "Issuing military tickets or their duplicates (temporary certificates instead of military tickets) to officers, sergeants, reserve soldiers". Then click on the command "order services online" and fill out a special application that will need to be signed using an EDS or an SMS password.

The service is free of charge, the delivery period is from 5 to 7 working days.

If you decide to restore the "voennik" through the PSC, then you will need to collect a list of documents. You can find out exactly what documents are needed from the PSC consultants or by calling 1414. The service delivery period is 10 working days.

When applying to the PSC, you must have a 3x4 photo, the photo must correspond to the age of the applicant and be made strictly full-face on a light background. The face should occupy about 70% of the total area of the photo.

Since the beginning of 2021, about 6 thousand military tickets have been restored through the PSC of the region.
