Public control over the technical condition of boiler installations of social facilities and preparation for the winter heating season

A meeting on preparation for the heating season was held today. For carrying out the current repair of the boiler house, the regional management allocated more than 200 million tenge. A work schedule was drawn up. the contractor organization "PROM Trade" LLP has started work. The akim of the district has given instructions to perform the work efficiently and in the appropriate time. During the meeting, the director of Aytas Energy, V. V. Leibovich, said that the supply of hot water to the village will be restored next Thursday, i.e. September 15.

Currently, the readiness of the facilities is:

- heat sources (k. Kaisenov, Aytas Energo LLP) with a capacity of up to 100 Gcal / h-100%,

- PS/TP/KTP – 100% (15 units out of 15),

- heating networks-95% (5.5 km out of 5.8 km),

- water supply and sewerage networks-95% (210 km out of 200 km).

- autonomous boiler houses with a capacity of less than 100 Gcal / hour-100% (out of 28 objects, 28 autonomous boiler houses are ready).

The readiness of public sector facilities is 100%, including:

- healthcare facilities – 100% (34 out of 34 facilities);

- educational facilities – 100% (31 out of 31 objects);

- objects of social protection – 100% (22 out of 22 objects).

The readiness of the multi-apartment housing stock (MZhD) is 93.5% (29 out of 31 houses are prepared).

The total demand for coal for the upcoming heating season is 65.0 thousand tons, including -40.5 thousand tons for heat sources, 22.3 thousand tons for the population, 2.2 thousand tons for budget organizations.

Fuel procurement at heat sources and vital objects:

The central boiler house of Kasym Kaisenov has accumulated 1,600 tons of coal or 45 daily reserves. Coal is delivered according to the concluded contracts according to the delivery schedule.

100% (2167 tons out of 2167) of solid fuel was delivered to budget organizations. Contracts have been concluded, according to the delivery schedule, coal has been delivered to the facilities:

- 100% healthcare facilities (600 tons out of 600),

- 100% education facilities (1330 tons out of 1330),

- objects of social protection 100% (237 tons out of 237).

65 thousand tons of coal or 100% of the demand for the heating season were supplied to the population.

In general, the preparation for the heating season is taking place according to the planned plans and is under constant control of the district headquarters.
