Monitoring of the quality of Internet communication at the level of settlements and rural districts, district significance was carried out

Due to the lack of mobile communication and Internet access, according to Article 29, paragraph 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2004 "On Communications", telecom operators independently plan and implement the development of communication networks. Financing of events is carried out at the expense of own and borrowed funds.

In 2020, the companies "KaR-Tel" LLP (Beeline) and "Tele 2" implemented a project to provide Internet access (3G/4G) and mobile communications with a population of more than 250 people in the settlements of the Ulansky district. Settlements of the village of Novo-Azovo, the village of Bayash Utepov, the village of Otradnoye, the village of Verkhniye Crypty, Mitrofanovka, Kamenka, Ognevka, I. Aitykov, Proletarka, Asubulak.

Also in 2020, Kazakhtelecom JSC implemented the project "Providing broadband access to rural settlements of the Republic of Kazakhstan using fiber-optic communication lines technology" in the settlements: Asubulak, Bozanbay village, Targyn village and Ulanskoye village.

In 2020, communication lines for Internet access were installed in September in the villages of Aitykova, Besterek and Ognevka of the Ulansky district.

To date, in 4 settlements with a population of more than 250 people: the Ablaket rural district of the village of Zheldiozek, the population is 304 people, the Tolegen-Tokhtarov rural district of the village of Ukrainka, the population is 679 people, the Ust-Kamenogorsk rural district of the village of Vostochnoye, the population is 338 people, the village of Makeyevka, the population is 338 people, there is no communication and the Internet.

Additionally, in 13 villages with a population of less than 250 people: Targyn rural district, Manat village, population – 146 people, Zhantas village, population – 176 people, Kamenka rural district, Troynitsky village, population -211, Eginsu rural district, Bursak village, population – 93 people, Tavrichesky rural district, Aktyuba village, population – 79 people, Azov rural district, Azov village, population – 152 people, Betkudyk village, population – 134 people, Ust-Kamenogorsk rural district with. Peaceful population-47 people, Bozanbay rural district of Toganas village population-61 people, Kyzylsu village population-10 people, Akzhartas village population-43 people, Asubulak village, Belogor village population-175 people, Ognevka village, Smolyanka village population -58 people there is no communication and the Internet.

In the district of 45 localities, 28 localities or 62.2% are covered by cellular communications and Internet access.
