On September 2, 2021, the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Unity of the people and systemic reforms – a solid foundation for the country's prosperity"was discussed.
The discussion was attended by employees of the collectives of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Ulansky district", the municipal state institution "Youth Resource Center". The head of the Department of Internal Policy N. Sadykov explained the Message, focused on five initiatives to improve the welfare of our people, familiarized with the main tasks.
The participants expressed their readiness to support the President's policy and work for the benefit of Kazakhstanis.
