About the extraordinary IX session of the Ulan district Maslikhat

On July 28, 2021, at 10: 00 o'clock, an extraordinary IX session of the Ulan district Maslikhat was held.

The following issues were considered at the session:

The first item on the agenda "On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 439 dated December 30, 2020 "On the budgets of settlements and rural districts of the Ulan district for 2021-2023", was made by the head of the district department of Economics and budget planning Akpanova A. B.

On other issues of the agenda, "On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 203 dated May 22, 2018 "On approval of the composition of the district budget Commission";

"On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 22 of February 23, 2021 "On approval of the composition of the district special commission";

"On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 182 of March 28, 2018 "On approval of the composition of the special district commission for providing social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens";

"On the approval of the composition of the district commission for the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations", was introduced by the secretary of the district maslikhat Kalieva G. N.

The deputies voted unanimously on the draft decisions.

8 deputies took part in the work of the extraordinary session, which was 67 percent.

The session was attended by akim of the district Kurmambayev R. T., deputy akim of the district Kenzhetaeva L. K., heads of departments of the district akimat and akims of settlements and rural districts.
