"Swimming is prohibited!"

During the bathing season, there is a risk of an accident during the rest of people on reservoirs. The main reason for the death of people is swimming on unequipped beaches, being in the water in a state of alcoholic intoxication, leaving children at reservoirs without parental supervision.

In the Ulan district there are stationary, that is, equipped beaches for swimming. But there are citizens who go swimming on spontaneous beaches in the hot weather, not paying attention to the signs "Swimming is prohibited". Every week, employees of the OCHS of the Ulansky district, the State Institution "SP and ASR" and Akimats of rural districts of the Ulan district conduct raids in places of mass bathing of people with briefings and distribution of campaign materials. At the moment, 32 signs have been installed prohibiting swimming in reservoirs and rivers of the Ulan district. To prevent accidents on the water, a thorough analysis of the reservoirs in the area and the equipment of the beaches, where there is a massive influx of recreational enthusiasts, is carried out.

We ask all residents and guests of our district to be extremely vigilant when resting on reservoirs, observe basic safety rules on the water and monitor their children while swimming.
