Announcement of the Republican contest "The Best rural Akim"

The start of the Republican competition is announced in accordance with paragraph 63-3 of the Action Plan of the roadmap for the transition of the «Рухани жаңғыру» program for the period of national modernization for 2021, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2021 No. 50, the Republican competition "The Best Rural Akim" is being held.

The period of the competition: June-October 2021.

Akims of a settlement, village, or rural district who have at least one year of public service experience as akim, as well as who do not have administrative and disciplinary penalties that have not been lifted, are allowed to participate in the competition.

To participate in the competition, documents are accepted from June 25 to July 10, 2020 inclusive.

Documents for participation are provided to the office of the mayor of the city/district with the following documents and materials:

1) application for participation in the competition in the form according to Appendix No. 1 to this Methodology;

2) a copy of the identity card;

3) track record (certified by the personnel service);

4) the applicant's application form (according to Appendix No. 2 to this Methodology);

5) indicators of the socio-economic development of the village as of January 1, 2021 according to Annex No. 7 to this Methodology (the volume of attracted investments, jobs created, the volume of agricultural products, the level of migration, the level of crime, etc.);

6) a video about the work of the akim, about the village, village, rural district headed by the candidate akim (the duration of the video is up to 5 minutes);

7) project work (presentation in the form of no more than 7 slides) of the participant of the Competition, aimed at the development of the village, village, rural district for the next 3 years.

Applications for participation in the Competition are accepted until July 10, 2021.
