The first appointment from the "Talent Pool" in the East Kazakhstan region

The first appointment from the personnel reserve took place in the branch of the "Government for Citizens" in the East Kazakhstan region. Ruslan Kibke, an entrepreneur and public figure enrolled in the Talent Pool, was appointed head of the department of the PSC No. 2 in Semey.

Ruslan Kibke was an external candidate during the selection for the personnel reserve of the "Government for Citizens". That is, he was not an employee of the State Corporation.

"First of all, I wanted to prove that in our state it is possible to honestly move forward on the career ladder without any "assistants". The Talent Pool project is proof of that. I decided to take part in the selection because I understood that I could only improve the provision of public services from the inside. I want to contribute to the work of the PSC department and get the opportunity to improve the sphere in senior positions," Ruslan Kibke said.

Ruslan Kibke is also a member of the Republican special monitoring group at the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Public Services at the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the East Kazakhstan Region.

It should be noted that 14 representatives of the East Kazakhstan Region have been selected for the personnel reserve of the "Government for Citizens". In total, 353 people from almost two thousand applicants entered the "Talent Pool".

"I believe that this project is very relevant and will allow us to unlock the potential of talented specialists. There are already the first appointments in the region," said Azamat Esembulov, director of the Government for Citizens branch for East Kazakhstan region.

Recall that the selection to the personnel reserve of the "Government for Citizens" took place from March 1 to April 30, 2021. During the development, the experience of the projects of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, Industry managers of the Academy of Elbasy and "Zhas Orken" was studied. The Talent Pool became the fourth country project to create a talent pool in Kazakhstan.
