The Working Group on the formation of the Public Council announces a competition for the election of members of the Public Council of the Ulan district

In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils", only 1 (one) representative may be represented in the Public Council from one legal entity that is a non-profit organization.

In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Councils", the following requirements are imposed on candidates to the Public Council from civil society::

The candidate may be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of eighteen and lives within the relevant administrative-territorial unit.

The candidate must not:

1) have a criminal record;

2) be found guilty by a court of committing a corruption crime and (or) a corruption offense in accordance with the procedure established by law;

3) be registered with health organizations for mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse.

To participate in the competition, the following documents are submitted::

1) a written proposal of a non-profit organization and (or) a citizen's application for nomination to the Public Council;

 2) information about the candidate's professional and / or social activities, including autobiographical information;

3) a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;

4) a certificate of the presence or absence of mental and behavioral disorders (diseases), including those related to the use of psychoactive substances.

A candidate for a member of the Public Council shall submit the certificates provided for in sub-paragraphs 3) and 4) of part of this paragraph independently or by means of a written consent to the request for these certificates by a state body or a quasi-public sector entity, with the participation of which the Public Council is formed, from information systems.

In accordance with sub-paragraph 2) paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils", the working group determined the number of members of the Public Council in the number of 9 (nine) people.
