A competition is announced for the election of members of the working group on the formation of the Public Council of the Ulan district

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils", paragraph 7 of the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 № 69 "On Approval of the Model Regulations on the Public Council", citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the competition within five calendar days from the date of placing the announcement of the competition for the selection of members of the working group, submit on purpose or send to the email address of the Ulan district Maslikhat specified in the announcement, the following documents:

1) a citizen's application for nomination to the working group in the form specified in annex 1;

2) a written proposal of a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) for membership in the working group;

3) information about the candidate's professional and / or social activities;

4) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with paragraph 5 of the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 № 69 "On Approval of the Model Regulation on the Public Council", the quantitative composition of 7 (seven) people, the composition of the working group from among representatives of state bodies and non-profit organizations, citizens.

And also, in accordance with paragraph 10 of the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 № 69 "On Approval of the Model Regulations on the Public Council", to be included in the composition of observers to participate in the meeting of the working group, you must present the following documents:

 1) application form in accordance with annex 2;

 2) a written proposal of a non-profit organization for inclusion in the composition of observers to participate in the meetings of the working group (if available);

 3) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
