Regional action of simultaneous reading aloud

On April 22, it is customary to celebrate the International Earth Day. It calls on people all over the world to unite in order to preserve a common home – our planet, carries the idea – to live in harmony with nature. This is important not only for us, but also for future generations.

This year, the main focus of the simultaneous reading aloud campaign "You and I need the Earth" will be environmental education. The campaign is based on the best examples of literature about the environment, which will teach children to love nature and take care of the environment, expand the boundaries of their ideas about the plant and animal world.

The joint work of librarians and parents, aimed at the education and development of the ecological culture of the child, will be a key moment in the campaign.

The purpose of the campaign: to activate the activities of libraries serving children and young people, to form the ecological worldview of the younger generation; to attract children to read books of an ecological orientation; to involve children in active research and creative activities for nature protection.

On April 20, 2021, a one-time reading event was held in all libraries of the Ulan district.

Active participation in the action was taken by students of the 3rd "G" class of the school named after Rayymzhan Marsekov (class teacher Kapanova S. E.) The children listened with great attention to the work of S. Baykhonov called "Gazhapstanga sayakhat: tabigat kitaby".
