Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) for legal entities

Advantages of using EDS by legal entities:

1. Participation in electronic tenders;
2. Execution of banking operations without personal presence;
3. Submitting electronic reports without personal presence;
4. Remote management of the company and much more.

How do legal entities get an EDS?

1. Go to the website pki.gov.kz;
2. Select "Get EDS keys"→ "EDS keys for legal entities"→ select your status in organization (first manager, employee with signing authority, employee with authority to sign financial documents, etc.);
3. Print formed application;
4. Visit CSC to obtain EDS (bring with you: printed out application, ID card, supporting documents of the authorized legal entity).

The electronic digital signature (EDS) is issued for one year. It can be re-issued before it expires at pki.gov.kz.

p.s. EDS can be stored on a variety of media, but you should take great care to ensure that it does not fall into the wrong hands.
