The Department of Emergency Situations of the Ulan district reports

Of great concern is the negligence and carelessness of the population when dealing with fire, namely, when burning garbage both on the territory of the residential yard and outside it. Leaving gorenje gorenje garbage unattended and after a short time, the burning turns into a fire, threatening residential buildings and agricultural buildings, all this is a consequence of negligence, arrogance and carelessness.

According to the Fire Safety Rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 1077 of October 09, 2014, p. 53, p. 3, it is not allowed to arrange landfills of combustible waste and garbage in the territories of settlements, which is a violation of the above Rules, for this violation, administrative liability is provided in the form of a fine in accordance with Article 336 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses. As well as the chaotic growth of piles of garbage in the territories of residential courtyards and beyond, it makes it difficult to drive and access fire equipment in cases of a call to extinguish a fire.
