Continuing education of librarians

In the context of the pandemic, libraries are still working in all major areas. Libraries have new opportunities to work with remote users, but in order not to be out of business during a period of force majeure, they must be able to quickly rebuild their work, and employees must learn on the fly, develop in a variety of directions, develop critical thinking and creativity, correctly analyze the situation and be stress-resistant

And in this situation, the East Kazakhstan Regional Library named after A. S. Pushkin provides great assistance to rural libraries of the regions of the region. Every Thursday, methodological days, professional trainings, and meetings are held on the ZOOM platform.

Employees of KSU "Centralized Library System of Ulan district" took part in the regional information and consulting seminar "Training for trainers" and received certificates.

Rural libraries needed to adapt, regroup, and rebuild their work very quickly. And the colleagues of the Pushkin Regional Library help us in this. We express our deep gratitude to the East Kazakhstan Regional Library named after A. S. Pushkin for the methodological and practical assistance provided.
