About the regular Session of the Ulan district Maslikhat

On March 30, 2021, at 11: 00 o'clock, the regular V session of the Ulan District Maslikhat was held.

The following issues were considered at the session:

"Report on the implementation of the district budget for 2020", was made by the head of the district finance department Berdigozhaeva K. Ch. and the co-report "Report on the results of monitoring the implementation of the budget of the Ulan district for 2020" was made by a member of the regional audit Commission Atanbayev E. B.

"On the results of the implementation of the Program for the development of the territory of the Ulan district for 2016-2020", the head of the district department of Economy and budget planning Akpanova A. B.

"Report of the akim of the Almasay rural district on the implementation of the functions and tasks assigned to it", the akim of the Almasay rural district Ospanov T. K. made a speech, the deputy of the district maslikhat Tileuzhan N.

On the first issue of the miscellaneous section, " On amendments to the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat № 417 of December 28, 2020 "On the Budget of the Ulan District for 2021-2023", the head of the district Department of Economics and Budget planning Akpanova A. B. made a speech.;

On the remaining issues of the agenda, 1) « On Amendments to the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 86 of March 30, 2017 «On Reimbursement of the costs of Home education for children with disabilities from among the Disabled according to an Individual curriculum»»;

3) «On Amendments to the decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 70 of December 23, 2016 «On the Personal Composition of the Anti-Terrorist Commission under the Akimat of the Ulan district»»;

4) " On Approval of the Composition of the District Council for Relations with Religious Associations»;

5) " On approval of the composition of the district Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy»;

6) "On Amendments to the Decision of the Ulan District Maslikhat No. 238 of March 5, 2015" On Approval of the Structure of the Executive Bodies of the Ulan District»»;

7) " On the release of Members of precinct Election Commissions of the Ulan district from their Duties»;

8) "On the chairman of the regular session of the district maslikhat", was introduced by the secretary of the district maslikhat Kalieva G. N.

The deputies voted unanimously on the draft decisions.

The regular session was attended by 10 deputies, which was 83 percent.

The session was attended by akim of the district Kurmambayev R. T., deputy akim of the district Abdykarimov N. O., heads of independent departments.
