Akimat of Semey city holds a competition for the provision of land plots for rent for farming or farming, agricultural production
Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons who are in the register of persons from whom land plots have been forcibly withdrawn, as well as the winners of the competition who refused to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of an agricultural land plot within one year.
Application for participation in competition and bids must conform to the requirements of article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003, and the "Rules of organization and holding of the competition on granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for the management of peasant or farming, agricultural production" approved by order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within fifteen working days from March 1, 2021 to
March 25, 2021, at the address: East Kazakhstan region, Semey city, Kayum Mukhamedkhanov str., 8, GU "Department of Land Relations of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region",
office 235, phone 8(7222) 52-23-33, 52-28-39.
Opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up of results will take place on March 26, 2021 at 10.00. hours, at the address:
East Kazakhstan region, Semey city, Kayum Mukhamedkhanov str., 8 (building of the city akimat).
The competition is declared invalid in the following cases::
- receipt of less than two applications in the competition for each land plot submitted for the competition;
- if less than two participants are allowed to participate in the competition for each land plot submitted for the competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of the land plot
1) use the land plot in accordance with the intended purpose;
2) implement measures for the protection of land, its rational and efficient use, provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) ensure the mandatory introduction and maintenance of the crop rotation system:
4) pay the fee for the use of the land plot in a timely manner;
5) apply advanced production technologies that meet sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of the land user provided for in Article 65 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
20.06.2003 № 442-II.
