In December, 171 service offices of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund continue to operate in full-time service mode by appointment, subject to all sanitary safety measures.

You can make an appointment for a full-time appointment on the enpf corporate website.kz literally in two or three clicks. Need on the home page go to the tab "E-services", then click on the banner "Book on" then you can choose a convenient time for you to visit a branch.

Working hours of branches on weekdays from 9: 00 to 18: 00, Saturday and Sunday-weekends. During the working day, airing, wet cleaning (work surfaces, chairs, door handles), disinfection/quartz treatment are carried out in operating rooms. In addition, special designations are outlined inside the departments to comply with social distancing.

note that on holidays and weekends on december 16, 17, 18, 19, service offices will not work. however, on sunday, december 20, the service offices operate in full-time service mode by appointment from 9: 00 to 18: 00. In addition, December 30 and 31 are business days.

We remind you that some of the services from the UAPF, for example, obtaining an extract from an individual pension account, changing details, concluding contracts for pension provision at the expense of voluntary pension contributions, etc., can be obtained without leaving home, online through the UAPF mobile application and Personal Account on the corporate website www.enpf.kz (step-by-step instructions on how to obtain electronic services are attached in the relevant sections).

The UAPF also provides on-site services in compliance with strict sanitary and epidemiological measures. At the same time, a preliminary consultation is carried out (including checking for the possibility of receiving services remotely, without leaving). At field service of citizens services in registration of applications for opening of individual pension accounts on accounting of obligatory professional pension contributions (including applications for accession to the contract on pension provision at the expense of obligatory professional pension contributions) are provided. Also, depositors (recipients) belonging to the category of socially vulnerable segments of the population (disabled people of 1-2 groups with permanent disabilities) are served in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological measures. 

It should be noted that the employees of the UAPF are always ready to provide depositors (recipients) with advice on the funded pension system and remote support for receiving electronic services through:

uapf was established on august 22, 2013 on the basis of jsc " npf "gnpf". The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs trust management of pension assets of the UAPF. Since January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension asset management have been transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the depositor (recipient) with information about the state of his pension savings (more on www.uapf.kz).
