So, the seller and buyer need to arm themselves with an EDS and perform a simple algorithm of actions.

Seller:

- Log in to the e-government portal and choose a service for registering, registering and de-registering a car;

Select the car for sale and fill out the request. Specify the buyer's IIN in the request.

Sign the request with EDS;

Get confirmation from the buyer;

In your personal account (in the "service receipt History" section), you can read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time;

If the result of processing the request is positive, contact the special service Center. You must have the original state registration plates, the certificate of registration of the vehicle, and the certificate of de-registration of the vehicle.

Buyer:

View the request awaiting approval;

Fill out the request and select the appropriate special Zone for obtaining state registration plates and vehicle registration certificate;

To pay:

State fee for issuing state registration plates;

State fee for the production of a certificate of registration of a vehicle;

Registration fee.
