On May 25, 2022, at 09.30 o'clock, a field training seminar was held in the Ulan district for the deputy chairmen of the territorial and precinct referendum commissions on the organization and conduct of the republican referendum. The seminar was conducted by the trainers of the East Kazakhstan Regional Territorial Referendum Commission together with the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
