In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 249 "On approval of the list of Utilities and Standard Rules for the provision of Utilities" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan 30 April 2020 No. 20542) Ulan District Akimat DECIDES:
To approve the rules for the provision of public services in the Ulan district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Ulan district, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure:
state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed in the district;
placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akim of Ulan district after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the district Bolatkan R.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
