In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On approval of the Register of public Services", with amendments and additions dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, the office of the akim of the village of Kasym Kaisenov provides 5 types of public services.
In 2021, the local executive body provided 39 public services, including:
- through the portal of "electronic government" – 39;
The share of services rendered in electronic format through the "e-government portal" of the number of services provided on an alternative basis was 100%.
Dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions) – 38;
To date, there are 3 self-service corners in the village of Kasym Kaisenov, where the consultation is carried out by trained specialists. Last year, 17,498 electronic services were provided through the self-service corner.
During the year, there was no information about complaints about the quality of public services, there was no violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services.
