In accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983" on approval of the Register of public services", amendments and additions made on January 31, 2020, the Office of the Akim of Ognevka Village provides 5 types of public services to individuals and legal entities in the district.
The local executive body provided 4 public services in 2021, including:

Real estate industry:
– Providing free transportation to educational institutions and homes for children living in remote rural localities - 26 – issuing a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance-1.
To date, there is 1 Self – Service corner in the village of Ognevka, where trained specialists advise. Last year, 507 electronic services were provided through this corner.
During the year, there were no complaints about the quality of public services rendered, no violations of the terms of public services rendered.
