In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On approval of the Register of public Services", with amendments and additions dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, the office of the Akim of T. Tokhtarovsky rural District provides 5 types of public services.

To date, there is 1 self-service corner in the village of Gerasimovka, where the consultation is carried out by trained specialists. Last year, 656 electronic services were provided through the self-service corner.
During the year, there was no information about complaints about the quality of public services, there was no violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services.
