In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On approval of the Register of public services", with amendments and additions dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, the office of the Akim of Ust – Kamenogorsk rural district provides 5 types of public services.
In 2021, the local executive body provided 65 public services, including:
- through a state organization – 42;
- through the portal of "electronic government" – 23;
Dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas – 21;
- Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions) - 42.
To date, there is 1 self-service corner in the village of Vostochnoye, where a trained specialist provides advice. Last year, 921 electronic services were provided through the self-service corner.
During the year, there was no information about complaints about the quality of public services, there was no violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services.
