Report on the activities of the state institution" Office of Akim of Ayyrtau rural district of ulansky district " on the provision of public services for 2021
In accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983" on approval of the Register of public services", amendments and additions made on January 31, 2020, the Office of the Akim of Ayyrtau rural district provides 5 types of public services to individuals and legal entities in the district.
The local executive body provided 10 public services to the state organization in 2021, including:
-state Organization-1;
-through the e-government web portal-8.
According to the dynamics, the most public services are provided:
-Acquisition of rights to state – owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions) - 8;
To date, there are 1 Self – Service corner in Ayyrtau village, where trained specialists advise. Last year, 1,347 electronic services were provided through this corner.
During the year, there were no complaints about the quality of public services rendered, no violations of the terms of public services rendered.
