Report on the activities of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Azov rural District of Ulan district"
on the provision of public services for 2021
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On approval of the Register of Public Services", with amendments and additions dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, the office of the Akim of the Azov Rural District provides 5 types of public services.
In 2021, the local executive body provided 27 public services, including:
- through a state organization – 26;
- through the portal of "electronic government" – 1;
Dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas - 26
- Issuance of a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance – 1;
To date, there is 1 self–service corner in the village of Novo - Azovoye, where the consultation is carried out by trained specialists. Last year, 707 electronic services were provided through the self-service corner.
During the year, there was no information about complaints about the quality of public services, there was no violation of the deadlines for the provision of public services.
