Report on the activities of the state institution" Office of Akim of Ablaketka rural district of ulansky district " on the provision of public services for 2021
In accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983" on approval of the Register of public services", amendments and additions made on January 31, 2020, the Office of the Akim of Ablaketka rural district provides 5 types of public services to individuals and legal entities in the district.
The local executive body provided 56 public services in 2021, including:
- with state organizations-42;
- Through the e-government web portal-14;
The share of services rendered in electronic format from the number of services rendered on an alternative basis through the e-government web portal was 34%.
According to the dynamics, the most public services are provided:
Providing free transportation to educational institutions and homes for children living in remote rural localities – 42.
Today, there is 1 Self – Service corner in the village of Sagyr, where trained specialists advise. Last year, 887 electronic services were provided through this corner.
During the year, there were no complaints about the quality of public services rendered, no violations of the terms of public services rendered.
